Aspley School

Aspley State School opened in August 1890. The below photo was taken during its first year. The school was first known as Cabbage Tree Creek School, which was the name of the district before being named Aspley. Mr Wing was the Headmaster.

A family friendly Aspley 120 Festival will be held on 3 September 2010 between 4-9PM to celebrate the 120th year of Aspley State School. All past students are welcome. The Festival will include fireworks, musical performances and school photos.
